The room had a great view of a famous landmark, and it was clean. Plus, the staff members named Asmaa and Yousef were really helpful and made my stay more enjoyable and safe.
The location was really difficult to reach, with no nearby shops or attractions. The staff during check-in were unwelcoming and one even asked for tips despite having a terrible attitude.

For instance, when I needed directions to the nearest ATM and supermarket, Asmaa personally accompanied me all the way there. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made navigating the area so much easier. Mohammed surprised me by bringing sweets from the closest sweet shop after I inquired about it. They truly made my trip stress-free and unforgettable. The rooms were clean and new, offering a great view of the Pyramids. The amenities such as the TV, wifi, air conditioning, and refrigerator all worked perfectly. The location was also convenient, being close to the Pyramids. my experience at Grand Museum Guest House, Pyramids View was exceptional.
